Student senate to hold all-campus meeting on hate on Nov. 24

In response to last week's threatening letter, the MCTC student senate will be holding an an all-campus meeting on hate at MCTC.
The event is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 3:30 p.m. in the MCTC cafeteria (first floor of the T.Building).
Student senate vice-president Geoffrey Dittberner says that while the meeting is a step in the right direction, it won't address the underling issues.
"The meeting is only going to graze the surface and address the superficial issue of hate and racism," Dittberner said.
The senate held a special session Thursday to discuss the letter.
